Yoga is life! I’ve been blessed with the gifts of yoga and meditation, and it is my passion to share them with you. Although I initially loved the physical aspects of the practice, the more I learned, the more meditation and breathing helped me heal and evolve from the inside out. Yoga has taken be both around the world, as well as to the core of my human nature. I promote peace, awareness, and understanding in both our inner environments as well as outer.
As a yoga teacher and Thai massage practitioner, I aim to serve with empowerment and safety. Together we will build qualities of strength, stability, composure, and restfulness to help you thrive in your healthy life! Feel free to read more about me here!
Misty Marcum, RYT 200
Misty has a deep love for nature and being on the water started at an early age in the Great Lakes. Always looking where yoga would take her and merging the two activities had her interest from the discovery. She has a big passion to introduce people to SUP and SUP yoga.
When not on the water she teaches yoga in the studio and working on her brand of all natural products. Chemical free Lip balms and Yoga mat cleaner.

Sabrina Jo Atto, RYT 200
Sabrina Jo Atto is a seeker. She is a teacher of yoga, a business owner, a writer and her passion in life is to help others heal.
Sabrina holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Oakland University in Rochester Hills, Michigan and completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Karma Yoga in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
Since completing her initial Yoga Teacher Training she has studied Mindful Yoga Therapy with Susan Manafort, Yoga as Therapy with Doug Keller and completed a 200 hour Anusara Yoga Teacher Training with Skeetor Tichnor in Maui, Hawaii.
In 2013, Sabrina established Freebird LLC, a wellness coaching practice where she works with clients seeking a holistic or integrative approach toward healing anxiety and living a joyful life.
She is the author of Transcending Anxiety: A down to earth guide for transforming stress & worry through mind, body and spirit and #DitchStress mind. body. spirit A Daily Journal.
