Gentle Yoga

 

Mellow, relaxing, low to the ground, for every body. Emphasis on relaxation, stretching, and breathing. Calms the nervous system, giving the mind and body time to recharge. No experience necessary. Fully guided.

All Levels

 

A variety of poses and sequences adapted to a range of experience levels in the room. Foundational movements. Great for the beginner as well as the experienced practitioner. Fully guided.

 

Movement Flow

 

A moderately paced Vinyasa class. Variations of sun salutations and creative movement patterns that build strength, endurance, and alignment. Promotes deep and even breathing. You might break a sweat! Fully guided.
