Studio Book Study is a initiative for us a yoga community to learn and absorb information and guidance together through a variety of authors and subjects relevant to one’s evolving yoga practice. To help study our books, we provide online guidance, support, and discussion via email and an optional private Facebook group. We wrap up the study with an optional in-person meet up at the studio!
